Not able to send tickets as a gift

I bought tickets for my parents meant as a gift, they weren’t pleased after seeing how much the ticket was worth. They typically do not attend these types of events and I wanted to surprise them.

Given I was in another city, I couldn’t attend with them and hide the price. As soon as I shared the ticket they knew all the details.

My parents would not be the type to go and find how much the ticket was worth if it was sent as a gift, but unfortunately it’s written on the ticket as soon as it’s sent.

Ticket got error.

I was book through your app in Disney castle last January 4, 2024 and the ticket got error but still they charge me and I did not even receive the ticket the I try again to rebooked and the took again same amount. They send the ticket already late at night and we did not used it since it was late and the ticket schedule is earlier event. I try to call their customer service but nobody answer and I also message there website. It’s really frustrating because it’s big amount of money.
