Bad customer service
Really disappointed experience I was expecting better customer servies. I had an issue with my sneakers it came with two different sizes, and I was trying to fix the issue with the customer service, but they weren’t helping. They asked me to ship it from my country with the local postal services while they are close. It is been a year and I haven’t gotten my problem fixed neither got my money back.
Unprofessional to deal with even a star is to big for it
I’m very annoyed with your security system they cancelled my order without telling me the reason this the first and the last time I order from your application don’t tell to contact any one I contact two from customer service they did tell me nothing about it how it got cancelled nothing helpful and waste of time, it was very unprofessional and no way I will suggest this app to anyone
