Worst experience ever
Don’t use this airway/ airlines ever . Even if you are going to die to reach UAE ,
Strongly, I don’t recommend anyone to use this company for a safe and comfort travel.
-The app is not working well .
-The staff is the worst ever in communication.
- The transit flight to Abu Dhabi was the worst.
- They force you to use a bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for Two Hours ride !! if your destination is Dubai.
- The bus services is the worst in the world , I have never ever experienced a bad bus services like this , in addition there is no one guide you to the bus , you have to look for the bus yourself and ride with so many people.
- no online check in for boarding.
I would write a lot , but lastly if you want to try bad trip , you can choose this airline.
Not reliable
The app has minimum required functions for a 5 star sorted airline, but in my experience downloading boardings on my phone/wife’s was not functional. Also, tried to upgrade to business but the app kept showing two tabs both will end up to an error
