Not working in Saudi Arabia !!

I tried to send mini time but it’s not work and I sent to helpdesk but still not work. And I pay for this application still cannot send

Spam or not working in all countries

The app is either spam or it doesn’t work in Saudi Arabia at the minimum, I’m requesting refund and waiting
