Recharge & Bill Payments: Our recharge and bill payment sections allow you to do mobile/DTH/Fastag recharges and payment of a wide variety of bills including Mobile, Electricity, Water, Gas etc.
Transfer funds online: Make payments and funds transfers online real-time, using payments methods like UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS etc.
BHIM UPI: We have integrated all the UPI functionalities into the app so that allows you to enjoy the full bouquet of UPI services using this app.
FedBook: Bank’s digital passbook app is now available as an exclusive feature in FedMobile. This allows you to access all your accounts and statements without having to download FedBook separately.
Investments: Using the app, you can now invest in Gold and Bank’s various deposit schemes. The “Help Me decide” feature in the app will guide you to the most suitable investment option among all the options.

Device Authentication failed

Cannot access FedMobile since the latest update. Everytime I try to open my account, it shows device authentication error. It's been over 3 days and still not fix for this bug. I have lost a lot of money in fines because I was not able to do transactions, which I, as an NRI, use FedMobile for. Money is even lost because of the SMS charges that is send everytime trying to authenticate the device. These issues which causes a lot of loss should not be happening as an international bank.It was a common issue of FedMobile always only we are NRIS facing big issues losing money for the messaging and delay for paying loans and other financial services now a 5 days we are contacting to customer care support until today it’s going same condition Its is losing customers time and trusting banking services in FedMobile

extremely disappointed with the recent update to the FedMobile app. Since the update, the app has become completely unusable. I've experienced issues where messages are sent and money is deducted, but no response is received, resulting in error messages. This is unacceptable for a mobile banking app, especially from a reputable bank like Federal Bank. I've also found the bank's suggestion to uninstall and reinstall the app to be an insufficient solution. I urge Federal Bank to prioritize fixing these critical issues with the FedMobile app to ensure its reliability and functionality.
