It also helps support the physical side of sustained focus. Depending on your setup and preferences, it can prompt you to: - rest your eyes - take microbreaks - stand and stretch during breaks - alternate between sitting and standing - get ready for or use a walking pad during longer breaks That means your focus system supports both productivity and sustainability during long work sessions. FocusModes also includes: - built-in focus modes plus custom modes you can save and reuse - a home-screen stats widget for recent totals - local notifications for phase changes and care reminders - on-device session and care history - onboarding that sets desk equipment and reminder timing up front Everything in this version is available immediately after download. There is no login, no account, no subscription, and no in-app purchase flow in v1.2. All app data stays on your device. FocusModes does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
