Recently this app missed showing visa card features

After updating this app, i have observed since last three days that showing visa cards feature is missing and requested to add new visa card!. Please developer take this observation very serious or contact me to clarify more. I have highlighted this observation to Fransi bank on twitter account, but unfortunately they answered me in diplomatic way to contact customer service though Fransi phone which is charging me a call cost !.

This app is optimized for terrible UX

I wish this app would have the least bit of smoothness soon. It is extremely stupid that I cannot retrieve my card information through the app and have to have the physical card if I wanted to pay online.
