Need to be more perfect

App regards to such a huge company like Alahli bank , should be perfect and proficiently . But sometime it’s hanging with me more than 5 times a year.

Right now , when I open the app , it close by himself directly. I tried many way, no solution, even I call support.

Worst app and IT ever

Worst app and IT ever, and this reflects how this company and their workers not professional nor high standards quality even. If they can not make stable canal for clients to do an investment, I wonder how can trust them to mange your investments. The app has many errors, requiring updating but when I download them, It refuses them and no one is helpful from IT team nor customer relations. I don’t recommend this app nor SNB capital to anyone.

Didn’t meet my expectations

As an old customer of NCB, this app didn’t meet my expectations and I’m very sure that NCB can do much better than this. It has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. It won’t make me log in, and when it does, it doesn’t show me the letters when I’m writing. This app needs a lot of work, unfortunately.
