Way below expectations from NCB

Unfortunately NCB seems to be way behind on the electronic services for corporate. After a very long time, they still deliver a very poor quality App.

Help

Your app does not meet the expected standards. Can you comprehend this issue? The sign-in process is flawed with three redundant steps. The app contains an excessive number of pages. It lacks the provision of swift solutions. Filling out an Excel sheet for the salary results in a drastic failure without any error messages. Occasionally, when starting your app, it crashes.

Daily user of AlAhli services

The app needs to be developed to at least match the website’s quality of services. The app isn’t user friendly, unlike the website. Unfortunately i was the first to download the app but the last to use it.
Really hope that my observations get solved soon.
