Gasable ‪٤+‬

Well, I’ve been using Gasable from the day it started and till now and I am very happy with the service they are providing. It’s an very easy to use application and you can choose your preferred delivery slot. Yes, I did have some bad experience when a distributor didn’t come at my time slot, waiting for the customer service to answer my call. It’s fine. The majority of the time I had an amazing experience with Gasable. Customer service agents are good and definitely can speak good English. However they have increased their delivery chargers from SAR 12 to SAR 15. Even SAR 12 was too much. I always suggested them to reduce it to At least 9 or 10 SAR but they instead increased it to SAR 15. App quality is fine. I would highly recommend you to use this app.

Seen the reviews and decided to use it, downloaded the application, and ordered and paid according to the application. I asked to deliver between 6 pm to 8 pm and paid extra for that At 830pm and no delivery or even a phone call, so I decided to cancel. To my shock, I found I could not cancel I called support, who was polite and told me I could not cancel because the order was received and accepted by the driver, but he would only be able to deliver by 10 pm .my natural response was, WHY? The simple answer was because he has too many orders and he can not deliver on your time It's just unprofessional and clear mismanagement This is my first time using the application but definitely the last time, and I can not recommend it at all

2 weeks ago I made an order to refill the gas cylinder and when I used it today and put the regulator I heard a gas leak sound and a strong smell.. the customer service replied that this not your problem and I should google the number of gas company and contact them as you are a delivery app only .. so I paid 15 SAR for nothing.. I will not deal with you again and delete this application instantly.
طلبت تغيير اسطوانة غاز منذ اسبوعين و عند استخدامها اليوم و مع وضع المنظم ظهر صوت تسريب الغاز و رائحة الغاز كانت قوية و عند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء كان الرد انها ليست مشكلتكم و انها مشكلة شركة الغاز و عندما اجبتها اني ليس لي دخل بذلك قالت ابحثي في جوجل على رقم شركة الغاز و تواصلي معاهم نحن مجرد تطبيق للتوصيل .. و بذلك انا دفعت ١٥ ريال للا شئ لآخذ الاسطوانه و اغيرها بنفسي مره اخرى.. اسوء تجربه و سيتم مسح التطبيق فورا
