Great Service.
Well, I’ve been using Gasable from the day it started and till now and I am very happy with the service they are providing. It’s an very easy to use application and you can choose your preferred delivery slot. Yes, I did have some bad experience when a distributor didn’t come at my time slot, waiting for the customer service to answer my call. It’s fine. The majority of the time I had an amazing experience with Gasable. Customer service agents are good and definitely can speak good English. However they have increased their delivery chargers from SAR 12 to SAR 15. Even SAR 12 was too much. I always suggested them to reduce it to At least 9 or 10 SAR but they instead increased it to SAR 15. App quality is fine. I would highly recommend you to use this app.
First and last time ..unsatisfied
Seen the reviews and decided to use it, downloaded the application, and ordered and paid according to the application. I asked to deliver between 6 pm to 8 pm and paid extra for that At 830pm and no delivery or even a phone call, so I decided to cancel. To my shock, I found I could not cancel I called support, who was polite and told me I could not cancel because the order was received and accepted by the driver, but he would only be able to deliver by 10 pm .my natural response was, WHY? The simple answer was because he has too many orders and he can not deliver on your time It's just unprofessional and clear mismanagement This is my first time using the application but definitely the last time, and I can not recommend it at all
Bad service , not recommended
Today, their delivery man brought me a gas cylinder. After he left, I noticed that 3 empty Nestle Purelife water bottles were missing from my house. I didn’t order a water refill. When I left, I messaged him in Arabic on WhatsApp but got no reply. Then, I called the Gasable helpline. They spoke to the delivery man, but he denied taking the bottles. He was the only visitor to my house today. I will give Gasable one star and not recommend their service. For money, if Gasable delivery man can do this , they can do anything and a security threat. They should hire people with basic education at least.
delivery men of gaseable are ill-mannered and cannot speak a word of English, despite they ill behave if the customer speaks English.
