App does not allow download of medical records or reason for rejection

Previously this app allowed download and view of reason for rejection but now it’s just a blank screen where the document used to be shown. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The company itself is worse than 1 star and very slow and unreliable.

The app is not working

The app is not working, I cant see my remaining limits, track my claims, know my medical faculty, and the app is only interfaces and navigation! The back end is not working. The errors that shown is ( Unknown Error) and sometimes ( cannot connect to server), please fix it so we can use the app
