1. I was unable to pay invoice in one time and needed to close and reopen app multiple times
2. I am unable to raise a complaint for slow speed due to bug in the interface

Their representative claimed to be from another service provider to trick me into buying their service and now I’m stuck for 1 year after their customer service said they can’t do anything.
