Very bad
Worst company no flexibility or cooperation at all, their workers need attention all the time they cannot do anything by themselves. Which is not good for worker women. And they’re not flexible in their hour like if you ask them to bring the housemaid in certain time they won’t bring it. They have very bad customer service. They will answer you after your visit it’s done already.
They keeps taking my money and canceling my visits. Why because I asked them to bring the housemaid in time between 9:00 am to 9:30 am which is already their delivery time.
Friday the wrote a note that Fridays will be different delivery starting from 2:30 pm but they brought the housemaid at 7 o’clock. Which is too early.
Inconvenient working hours
reconsider the morning delivery time and service timing as it’s too very very EARLY no one is awake or able to receive a house made service ,, the main reason for not to use frequently your services as all my friends we do have the same inconvenience complain .take this in consideration The customer service is PERFECT they take care and provide all help available
