Why can’t I load

Hello this is soul again and I’m have technical issues with loading u see whenever I load my game It says that I need to wait cause it’s installing something right but whenever I do it says my WiFi has problems but the issue is I don’t have problems with the wifi the loading takes 1gb and I can only do 10mb if I keep moving on it just says WiFi doesn’t work or something like that pls fix this bug

To be honest this update had a lot of high hopes & chances to make the game better , instead it had a lot of mistakes, for me was the level color changes back to green after years months & weeks of hard work of grinding is too much its like a reward for my hard work in this game & you took it away easily without any explanation, not to mention the game lacks a good rewards for the players? The grinding in the new update is hell takes a lot of time & energy & the rewards are less than reasonable!
