I had a great experience during my recent massage therapy session. The therapist was very polite, kind, and maintained a professional attitude throughout. I especially appreciated how she sanitized her hands before moving to another part of my body, which made me feel comfortable and safe. However, I felt that if she could focus a bit more on each area, instead of seeming like she was in a rush to finish on time, the session would be even better. Other than that, her technique was solid, and she provided a relaxing experience. The UC team also did a fantastic job with their quick and efficient response to my concerns since I missed my appointment, they helped me to reschedule my appointment Thank you so much, definitely will recommend you for my all families and friends

My experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. The first cleaner was incredibly slow and seemed to be wasting time, even asking me for a 5-star rating to "help her out." The second cleaner was even worse. Not only was she also slow, but she actually stole personal belongings from my home. She kept her service marked as active in the app for an extra hour after she had already left. The prices are also very expensive for the poor quality of service provided. Urban Company's promise of " trained workers" is a complete lie. DO NOT save your bank card when using this app. I rescheduled a booking from Thursday to Friday because of Ramadaan timings. Within a few moments, they renewed my weekly plan and double booked me for the week. They booked my for that Thursday I changed. When I asked them to cancel and refund, I was refunded 18sar less. Also consider paying the maid in cash instead of the app because they are not trustworthy. Good experiences was with polite Filipina maids who were always dropped off early. Some are very hard working. Some clean stuff you tell them not to…wasting my detergents after I cleaned a few hours earlier.

After the masseuse called for a picture for my building, she said she will call again when she arrives, then went MIA. I tried calling her several times with no answer finally after half an hour she answered and told me that her driver told her that my residence building is a hotel and they left without even asking the security building or calling me to tell me that they are leaving, when I explained that it’s a served apartment complex building for foreigners not a hotel she told me to cancel the booking because she left and she is not coming!!!!!
