I have been playing this game for years now, but I seem to have a problem with the new update.. since the new update, whenever I watch an ad for diamonds.. I don’t receive the diamonds. It always says that I ended the ad too early but I watch the WHOLE ad and even wait like 10 seconds every time the ad finishes but I still receive the “whoops! There seems to be a problem in adding that to your account” Please fix that, it is my only complain about the app.

Honestly I have been playing this app since 2018 and came back in 2020 to play it again, the game is addictive and has a lot of interesting plots and stories that I cannot wait to try and enjoy during quarantine. However as I was playing throughout the game I noticed that I almost needed to spend 50 gems on each chapter to just casually have a good ending and it is actually really annoying if I had to be honest it’s just a huge waste and when I need more I have to wait a day and a half to just get a refill. And for the keys when I play I cannot have a good amount even only too at a limit ? It really makes the player have a negative experience with the game even though they really enjoyed it because not everyone wants to pay for some gems for few stories and some children feel sad because they want to play more and with better choices yet they don’t because every time they try to make a choice they either have to pay 35 - etc gems to just get a good choice it just not convenient and I think it would only make people dislike the game and stop playing it because they would get bored with the limited choices, and I even heard some people buy those gems and yet they don’t receive them sometimes or have problems with receiving them. I wish that you would just try to give people more unlimited options and even big sales on those gems unless if you really don’t want them to be free, I’m sure a lot of people would come to download this if it wasn’t all gem option I’m sure, and another thing is the character design option I hate how it’s pretty limited and what great about it is that it doesn’t have to be a white character and such and I love the different skin colors between characters it was one of the things that attracted me to the game, however with the clothes and the hair option design it isn’t really cool it’s limited and sometimes people don’t enjoy have only three different characters with the only difference skin tone and such, I wish you would also reply to those reviews people give you and instead take notes so you can develop the game more probably also honestly it’s lame and funny how you keep on bringing new stories instead of listening to what people want like. That’s really unprofessional thinking you can keep people interested just like that thanks I guess.

I totally love this game; its fun, exciting, addictive and the stories are awesome and the choices are limitless and you can be whatever you want to be, however.. the keys and diamonds system is just wrong im ok with waiting 2 hours for a key but im not okay with the fact that i can only have 2 keys at max except if i buy keys which is annoying cuz i feelforced to buy them even though im a broke college student and the fact that i can only have 1 diamond per chapter but i have to spend like 100 diamonds for each chapter to have a perfect story ending like c’mon thats just cruel, either give me more diamons per chapter or make everything half the price.

I Love the game but I have a few issues with it most importantly is that I can’t run it on my iPad unless I update it and I can’t update it due to the limits on software updates. Others being : the gem system is a but unfair , all important choices whether romantic , friendly or even imperative to the story cost gems and lots of them r quite expensive like 20-30 , moreover the fact that some GREAT stories have all their outfits costing gems even the ones given as a gift by a character in the story is a bit outrageous cuz that’s EXACTLY the point of a gift , not to pay for it 😅.
