Hi, i have a premium subscription, and I faced an issue where all of my charts analysis were suddenly deleted. Years of working all gone. I have sent you a message in X and no reply since 2 months. Also, the charts take times to appear or download, and drownings came after in about a minute. I appreciate your kind support to solve the issue. It is important to get my charts back. I am so disappointed that i will start all over again. Thanks!

Unauthorized Subscription Renewal by TradingView – No Response to My Refund RequestI trusted TradingView, but I’m extremely disappointed by their handling of my issue. Despite canceling auto-renewal on January 1, 2024, the company charged me for a full-year subscription without my consent.Here’s what happened:•I received emails from TradingView stating that my subscription would expire and my account would downgrade to the free version unless I renewed manually.•I canceled the auto-renewal in advance, yet they still charged my account.I reached out to TradingView support with clear evidence:•Screenshots showing my auto-renewal cancellation.•Email notifications confirming the subscription end.Unfortunately, I’ve been ignored, and no resolution or refund has been provided.As a loyal customer, I feel this is unfair and deceptive. If TradingView doesn’t resolve this issue immediately, I will be forced to share my experience further to ensure no other users face this problem.I hope TradingView takes this matter seriously.
