Since yesterday I started using numero eSIM. I was a bit apprehensive with eSIM providers but buying numero services was actually worth it. Buying the eSIM and credit was a very easy process. Calling mobile numbers anywhere was good. Hoping that it works well all the time. However, the eSIM had issue with WhatsApp activation and I contacted the customer support. They responded quickly, changed my number and resolved my issue immediately. Kudos to numero eSIM support team. These 4 stars are for the support team. Actually they deserve all 5 stars but ratings are not separate for product and service. I am going to give the last star as well if the SMS issue is also resolved by the team as they promised. Rest assured they are superb!

Do not subscribe! I lost my customers 👎🏻

I’ve been a customer for more than a year now! First i subscribed for one month then i renew it via Apple automatically and paid for the renewal monthly but unfortunately they they didn’t renew my number and after contacting support the apologies and ask me to choose a different number!! I tried to explain that i am already using my same number for WhatsApp business and now my customers know my number and it’s their mistake! But somehow after they apologized i accept to change my number to a new one then subscribed for one year!12 days ago i renewed my subscription via Apple and paid for one year subscription.Today i recovered a notification from Numero that my subscription is expired and i lost my number!! For the 2nd time they did the same thing totally unprofessional and careless!! I am in contact with support now and they’re unprofessional in solving my issue and asking me to pay extra if i want the same number explaining bla bla bla!I’m asking for refund now but they are refusing to refund me back without admitting their mistake!Shame on you!!
