I bought a lot of online things but it happens some are messing. When I tried to contact them , there’s no quick and easy medium of communication. No customer service at all. I tried to call , to what’s up and to get support on Facebook but in nothing.

Misleading process of ordering and very inconvenient cancellation

I ordered today and opt for pickup as i was hoping that it will be ready later this day but it was misleading because pick up takes 4 days to be ready unlike other shops that if it is pick up, it will be ready on the same day. I decided to cancel my order but there’s no cancellation option in the app. I asked the customer service and they informed me I can go to the store to cancel, I went to the store and they said it’s from the customer service. They will let you wait 14 days for your order to be cancelled and God knows when they’re going to give your money back. This will be the last time I’m going to transact with your store! Very poor app and service! You’re wasting people’s time and money!

Customer service “the worst”, my shipping was delayed for 10 days although in the app it says home Deleviery is from 2-4 work days, when I contacted the driver he told me he can’t Deliver my perches I have to wait for extra 2 days, when informed customer services they didn’t do anything at all. Contact number in WhatsApp didn't answer me even though it says service is 24 hours a day. The app it self keeps lagging, ever time I place items in the basket it disappear when leave the app. It lags even when I scroll down the pages.

Worst shopping experience

They do not respect their customer and not taking their online orders seriously. They don't provide a good delivery process, my order is not delivered yet although the driver called and said he will deliver my order. I waited him for more than 6 hours and the driver is ignoring my calls and my messages. I contact the customer service and they issued a ticket that will be resolved "in 48 hrs". But why not fixing this issue since all the customers are mad of this service!!!! This is the last time i will buy from this store anything.
