Every time i create an account in it the account is not created i submit all my stuff but still the account is not created but i don't understand why it is not created if there is any mistake in my documents they should tell me That your item is not correct please correct it and resubmit it but it doesn't happen and I have tried to contact support many times but it doesn't help either, no response from them. The service is not good.When I create an account on it, it doesn't get created, and if it doesn't, it doesn't even give an answer as to why my account isn't getting created.

تطبيق ممتاز لكن للأسف يتم الاحتفاظ بأرباح السائق في محفظته إذا كان الدفع شبكة و لا يتم تحويل الأرباح مهما تحاول لفت النظر للمعنيين فالتطبيق .لذلك يجب عليك كسائق الاتصال على العميل للتأكيد على أن المحاسبة كاش فقط.Great App but unfortunately the driver profits are kept in his wallet if the payments by credits and no transaction to the drivers personal bank accounts no matter how many times you being it to whom it may concern through the App..((Therefore drivers you must call the client to assure the payment cash so u can accept or decline)).

لا انصح احد في هذا التطبيق. في حال كانت فلوسك في التطبيق راح تعاني و تحارب عشان تاخذها كأنت تشحت منهم. عندي فلوس عندهم من اكثر من اربع شهور احاول اخذها. لا عندهم رقم اتصال و لا في تطبيقات في مواقع التواصل يردوا ولا ايميلات يردوا. تعاملهم من اسوء ما يكون و بعيد كل البعد عن الاحترافية. الي حاب يوصل يروح اي تطبيق ثاني لكن ما انصح بهذا التطبيق ابداً ابدً ابداً I do not recommend anyone to use this application. If your money is in the app, you will struggle and fight to get it as if they are withholding it. I have had money in their app for over four months and I have been trying to withdraw it. They do not have a contact number, they do not respond on social media platforms, and they do not reply to emails. Their customer service is extremely poor and lacks professionalism. Anyone who wants to work as a driver he sould go to another app, but I do not recommend this app at all, absolutely not.

Customers didn’t pay trip fare and company charge there full commission total loss for drivers. And there is also no option for that if the customer didn’t paid. Only you can put the total amount even the customer didn’t paid. Worst experience ever.
