When I deposited $5,000 to display it on the P2P market for review and began trading part of it, I discovered that I was banned from peer-to-peer transactions. When I contacted customer support, guess what their answer was? They said, “We can’t tell you due to privacy reasons.” So basically, they gave me no real answer at all.This was my first time registering on the platform—literally the first time I had ever seen it. It’s unbelievable that I don’t have the right to know the reason for such a ban.In the end, they told me I was allowed to trade and withdraw, but P2P transactions were restricted for me. I became extremely anxious about my funds, so I withdrew all my money and permanently deleted my account.There really needs to be a restructuring of customer handling—especially those we get redirected to. I believe these so-called specialists or supervisors are arrogant and ridiculously overbearing. They act like they’re following a “cop and criminal” mentality.
