This app is great and all but what I hate is that it doesn’t send me notifications when one of my favorite artists open a live and yes, I made sure all the notification settings are on, but everything else is great except the notifications. Please just send to me notifications that they are live 😭

We need subtitles for every live that an idol has made pls. Since the live started in your app , we weren’t able to appreciate fully what our respective idols have been trying to communicate with us non korean fans. we non korean fans rely heavily with subtitles for us to be able to understand them. We had been waiting for months now but to no avail and the app keeps on crashing too in the middle of a live so we couldn’t fully really enjoy being with our respective artists/idols. Please consider adding subtitles to it amd pleas try to fix the other problems too.i’m sorry but V Live was way better that this app. Thank you

I have come to hate your application, even though I love the existing artists very much, but by your action when you deleted and banned users who talk about the Palestinian issue, it is inhumane and selfish of you, and it is not fair for you to keep the comments of users who killed and contributed to the killing of many children, women and men who have families, while there are many in Rafah now. Struggling for life, what did you do? Nothing but deterring the spread of the issue further. Why cannot we defend our oppressed sisters in Palestine? Now show us what this will benefit you and your application that supports the occupation.
‘moments’ problem

hello, i’ve been using weverse since 2019 and recently some changes have been made and it bothers me so much. before, we were able to download ‘moments’ as pics and even without the text. but now it downloads as a video which is quite annoying but most importantly it decreases the quality and i can’t enjoy my biases ‘moments’ updates as i used to. for the text issue i don’t think it’s important i’m okay with how it is now but please i want to download ‘moments’ as pics again. now matter how much i think about it i can’t find the reason to why it changed and it annoys me so much. i hope you read this and take actions because it has been bothering me for so long and i can’t take it anymore.
