Focus Plant uses HealthKit to read mindfulness data from 3rd party apps including but not limited to Forest, Flora, Plantie, Flipd, Study Bunny, Quality Time, Liquid Text, Emphasis, Flat Tomato, Focus Keeper, Finch, Clickup, Study Buddy, Socratic, Study Blue, SleepTown, Calm, and Headspace. Make sure to grant all permissions when asked to authorize the Health App to make it work.

I was recently struggling with getting back to studying and work after a burnout and was constantly using the phone. This app really helped me put down the phone because it’s actually really exciting to plant new plants and grow them and stuff. Really enjoyable and helped me get back to work!

how i went from going on tiktok after every 5 mins of studying to focusing for hours. i feel like having the timer in front of you and the ticking noise really helps to make you aware of the time you’re wasting while not studying or while getting distracted so it makes you want to focus more so that you actually get something done before the timer ends. it’s like a race basically. and the theme and plants are really cute. it’s just added motivation and it kinda makes me want to do more focus sessions so that i can get more water and buy more plants. love this fr!!

A simple way to improve the situation is to remove all background running apps except Focus Plant (a phone restart will help). If this problem still exists, try to use the 'flip' mode. I love this app and i use on my phone but multiple times when i wanted to use it on my iPad it doesn’t adjust to landscape screen mode i hope you can fix it
