Please work on making the progress faster

This app is well designed and made but behind this well designed wall is disaster the most disappointed experience you well face in your life ever bad customer service The tracking number is useless you can’t use it for knowing where your shipment and it’s place the only thing you can do is pray for god and wishing you not stalled, after I order my shipment they sayid it take only 3-5 days now it,s been 12 days in row and nothing happened very bad bad bad bad service and if you text them in Twitter they only reply if you say a good feedback about them but if you asked about your shipment stats or your complain the never answer so so please pay an extra money and keep your head away from headache .

دائما الطلب المسبق مقدم لانه مدفوع بالكامل لكن هذا التطبيق يأخذ الفلوس وسحب عليك مايردون ولا يتواصلون وأغراضك توصل كل طلب لحاله ولا يعطونك رقم تتبع للشحنة ولا تدري وش تسوي يخلونك ينتظر بس والمدح بتوتير يظهرونه لك وما أنصح أبدا التعامل معهم يعني دامك دافع رح لمتجر معروف وريح رأسك.No customer satisfaction, don’t be fooled by their Twitter account cause they only show few positive reviews. They took your money and let you wait for no specific time and this is for pre-order.I don’t recommend this app for any purchases.Please look for another app that respect your rights.

Wallah the worst app I’ve ever dealt with !! I made an order that’s been processing since November 19th and I still didn’t receive it it’s been 3 weeks and every time I ask them on WhatsApp they give me the brush off !!! No one answers ! And I kept fighting with them for 1 week then they stopped replying ! Walla never again I only want my order which I already paid for and I’m done with this app!!!
