I was really excited about using Abyan due to their straightforward approach based on their application. However, it turns out that the processing time 3-5 business days just to deposit your money ! What makes everything even worse is that customer service is horrible. They have no hotline - only a chatbox and you have to wait for someone to answer. It literally took me around 3 hours for someone to reply to my inquiry. Therefore if you have any issues you literally cannot talk to anyone ! The idea of the app is great however it is highly “Not” recommended until they solve customer service issue and transfer processing times like other well known financial institutions.

I deposited some amount for investment, and while it’s taking too long to get the money invested the app is not showing me any clear tracking status for the money. I’m not sure if I will do more investing with Abyan but let’s see..بدأتُ استخدام أبيان مؤخرًا، ورغم بساطته ووضوحه، إلا أن تجربتي لم تكن جيدة حتى الآن. أودعت مبلغًا للاستثمار، التطبيق يستغرق وقتًا طويلًا لاستثمار الأموال، و لا يُظهر لي أي حالة تتبع واضحة للمبلغ. شكلها اول و آخر مره استخدم التطبيق

Stick with the savings option only — avoid the investment. From my experience over the past few months, their investment offerings have consistently lost money. It’s clear they don’t have a solid investment strategy. When compared to competitors, the performance here has been noticeably worse. I’m speaking from direct experience.
