How I wish this apps would make it faster. Since yesterday been trying to fix to settle my due in voice but its says still pending until it will be missed. I am even calling a customer service just now many times but no one is answering. 🥹🥹🥹

Really upset of how I got rejected for the 4th time during my submission of application for a new loan . The first transaction was soo smooth and I got approved in just 10 mins however this money was stolen and used by another who’s name is Ria Dumlao she used my details in her personal interest and took the money after she received . And I was the one who paid the debts . Now I am trying to apply for a new loan application I got rejected and when I asked the customer service , they reject the application because of my salary ? I’m just wondering why my first loan got approved and for the second attempt I got rejected for the 4 attempt . This is soo upset for my side .

I got scammed, i never purchased anything using this quara finance but i received a message telling that i have due payment to pay worth 4056 SAR. When i check the quara app i have instalment even though i never use it. This is scary, i only tried to apply for load 5 months ago but since i was rejected i never pursue to continue to apply but little did i know someone already using my iqama and information to purchased something in jarir worth more that 4000 SAR. I am very desperate, i need help. Please do some action, the amount of loan is not a joke. Please help me to clear my iqama.

The app functions well except for the payment feature. Every month, the app rejects my payment until AFTER the due date has passed. Only when I get the automated message threatening legal action for late payment does the “pay now” option successfully function in the app. This has happened every time, every month, for every payment.
