more تجربتي كانت مخيبة للامال قبل الدفع تم تزويدي بفيديو ذو اثاث حديث وجوده عاليه وقال انه هذا هو الفندق الذي طلبته بعد اتمام الدفع صدمت ان الفيديو ليس هو نفس الفندق الذي اتفقنا عليه اعتذر الموظف وقال بالخطأ تم ارسال الفيديو علماً انه انا من انتبه للخطأ وبعدها حاول اقناعي باخذ الفندق وان امضي بالحجز وقال لي ان الفندق الذي اريده ايضا مجدد وهو مخالف لما تاكدت منه من الفندق نفسه لم يتعاملو بمرونة التعامل جداً غير مناسب يمكن فقط لديهم موظف اسمه كريم تعامل باسلوب افضل من زملائه .. ولكن نصيحتي للمستخدمين التاكد التام من صور الفندق وحالته و مرافقه اذا يناسب كبار السن اولا وقبل الدفع قبل الدفع لانه بيحتجون بسياستهم ان العقد غير قابل للاسترداد ار الالغاء
