Hello spotify,i really like ur app alot but today i got logged off of my account and im crying right now i tried everything but nothing worked i tired to make a new account it and when i click “sign up for free” i putted the password email and when i try to create it it says “please wait something is wrong” i have waited for an half-hour but it didnt work i even tried to sign up in apple google even facebook!! But nothing worked please fix this problem or maybe its from me but seriously please im crying rn (right now) but still ur app is amazing as ever

It was great a few years ago but now you need to pay to do literally anything, you cant skip more than 6 songs, you cant pick a song you wanna play, you cant even listen to the music on your playlist because of way too many auto recommendations. Also now there's this weird bug on my phone and tablet that makes it so i cant listen to more than one song?? i play a song and once it ends it doesn't play anything else and the only way to play another is to listen to a different playlist or close the app but nobody has the time to close and open the app each time the song they're listening to ends. If you genuinely want people to use your app then do better and make it at least a bit more accessible for those who don't wanna pay to listen to music they can for free on other apps.

I have a problem logging in the app I tried everything possible but still not working it keeps telling me code=30 even I deleted the app for a whole week and but still not working even i have premium membership i just renewed it 3 weeks ago but I guess it will expired before i get use please fix this problem or tell me what should i do because it’s really getting on my nerves

An amazing app overall in terms of functionality, features, and library of music and podcasts. However, it has one of the worst recommendation systems I have ever encountered in any application, it keeps recommending the same artist even though I skip there music, the same thing happens with different songs where it recommends them way too much. The lack of adaptation to user behavior in response to the recommendations seems to be the root cause, where if I frequently skip an artist, song, and genre multiple times I still get them in my recommendations
