I purchased a 3-month gift card subscription for The Mindfulness App from their website through Apple Pay, expecting to access their premium content. Unfortunately, after completing the purchase, I received no confirmation or access to the subscription. Worse still, the app did not ask for my email or phone number during the purchase process, making it impossible to receive any follow-up communication. I attempted to contact their customer service through multiple channels, including email, their in-app support, and even Instagram, but have received no response at all.I strongly advise against purchasing any subscriptions or making in-app or web purchases with this app. The lack of customer support and unresolved issues make it a frustrating and disappointing experience. I’m now in the process of trying to get a refund through Apple. Save yourself the trouble and consider other mindfulness apps with better customer service.
