This game is unplayable unless you pay with actual money. Most kids can't do that and i really love this game and have been playing it for almost a decade. Its so frustrating not being able to progress even with playing it for this long. I can't unlock anything story-wise unless i pay to buy characters or expand areas. Please reconsider your in-game pricesThank you

I don’t understand if u guys just refuse to add changes, or if there’s genuinely a good amount of people spending insane amounts of real money and time on this game.When you first start to play you are absolutely addicted I mean there’s things to fine after the other, but after purchasing almost anything that bits can buy man does this game slow down. I love this game so much but it gets so boring to the point where I don’t even remember to play it or check up anymore because quests are so incredibly long ljke the Princess Luna quest or the fact that you have to spend a fortune buying gems to get basically every pony, bits have no value and nothing progresses, I guarantee u if gems were affordable people would spend more money and time

This is unfortunate because I loved this game, but it is not playable 💔👎🏻I downloaded this game twice more than a year ago, but I deleted it because it contains a lot of problems. There is nothing in it that does not contain a problem. Now I downloaded the game again for the third time and nothing has changed. The same problems still exist and no improvement has occurred. There is even no system for the novice player to request. You have a lot of tasks that require a lot of money! The list of questions about solving the problems they have is complete nonsense and lies. Instead of solving the basic problems, they add more events and activities full of errors and a high financial value that is completely illogical.

Hello developers,I’ve been a fan of this game since I was a kid, and I recently decided to reinstall it out of nostalgia. But I was really disappointed to see how much has changed. The shops are different, it’s much harder to earn gems, and the amount of money needed to unlock ponies and progress feels way too high now.I used to love this game—I had everything maxed out, plenty of coins, and I was doing really well. But now, everything I worked for is gone, and the experience feels much more frustrating than fun. I understand that games need to make money, but I really hope you can find a better balance. Please consider bringing back some of the things we all used to love about this game.Thank you.
