Customer service is the worst

I usually don’t write reviews, but what happen to me in the customer service was the worst thing I have ever experienced. When I was trying to ask a question about a feature that I bought for $0.99 (port forward featured). The guy started to ask about my info which I gave him, and then started to play dump and say oh you need to buy it. I did provide him the screen shots to prove him that I bought it and actually it’s working fine and active!!!, but says no you must buy it, bro the site says it’s active and working fine, but no my end shows it’s inactive. The thing is that I didn’t contact him about an issue with it. I was asking only of a way to use this feature in different device (PS4) since there is no app in the device like the pc (just wondering if possible) At the end when I provided every screen shot I told him there is no problem, only asking, and just what happen? He said “Great” and closed the chat!!!!!!!!. Joke ???! An hour just try to convince him and then “Great” ?! and closed the chat??! Again This is my experience, and gl and hf for new users with them and an advice, make everything in records because they like to play dump.

In order to use port forwarding with PS4, you only need to set it up in your member area -> port forwarding section and after that simply connect the VPN on the PS4. No additional or extra configuration is required on the PS4 device itself. All the rules will be set from your PureVPN Member Area -> port forwarding section. 1. Very slow and to make sure i use other app was way faster than this app. (With speed test and downloading)2. Something make the app cut the connection and i have to go and reconnected but after i try to solve this problem and try talk with customers service the only way is there is a way to make it reconnected automatically so it will cut every 5 to 10 minutes and you can see it cut and reconnected automatically that’s mean it is in the app and it’s not problem and that’s the way it’s work .so bad app and so funny that’s i bay for 2 YEARS .
