Inaccurate and Doesn’t Update Information

Unfortunately, this app doesn’t serve its purpose. It fails to provide accurate updates on shipments, and the information is often delayed or incorrect. I had to track my shipment through other means because the app wasn’t giving me any useful updates. I hope it gets improved to be more reliable.
