Unexpected Charge for Flight Change
m7mod.ansary
My flight was supposed to be cancelled and changed free of charge, but when I went into the system to modify it, I was asked to pay for the change. This was very confusing because the information I received clearly stated that the change should be free. I hope the airline can review this issue and clarify why the system charged me for something that was supposed to be complimentary. I would appreciate a resolution or refund for the amount paid.
For changing the account info they ask for government info !!!

This is illegal ! All companies will modify or delete you account without asking you to provide you id or passport information! And these companies will do it immediately with a welcomed hand without any completions ! This app should be taken down from the app store if it’s like this !
Thieves
Chowdhory mo
Bunch of thieves at air Arabia counter at Riyadh airport . During booking they would not mention that you have to pay extra charges if your baggage is a box, even if the weight is as mentioned in the ticket. Besides that they are really rude to the passengers at the baggage counter. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Pay little extra choose Saudia or Emirates.
- Minor improvements and bug fixes.
