INTERVAL TIMER Set custom work and rest blocks for HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, and circuit training. Audio cues tell you exactly when to work and when to rest, so you can stay off your screen and locked into your session. WORKOUT TRACKING Each session is saved automatically. Review how often you’re training and how long you’re actually in the gym to stay consistent over time.
