Build a run of on-time doses and get a small celebration when you log, including a recorded message from your own family. • Accountability, your way. Add the people who have your back, and loop them in when a dose is taken or missed, sent straight from your own Messages. • Fewer distractions until it's done. Optionally limit a few distracting apps via Screen Time until you've logged your dose. • Guided check-ins and mood notes to help you notice patterns.
