• Signing out of an account now signs you out on the server too — that extension stops ringing on this phone. • A clear message when the mobile app is not enabled for your extension, instead of "check your internet". • Chat: less background activity for plans that don't include External Chat.

Presence now reaches the PBX. • Changing your presence in the app now applies on the PBX: colleagues see it, and Do Not Disturb and your forwarding rules follow it. • If your presence can't be changed, the app tells you why and keeps your current one. • The app shows the presence you set from the Web Client.

A clearer call history — every call now says who it was with and what happened. • Calls between extensions now show the other person, never yourself. • Call back from history dials the right person. • Filter your calls: All, Missed, Incoming and Outgoing — with a count of missed calls. • Every call says what kind it was: Extension, Incoming or Outgoing. • And what happened: Missed, No answer, or how long you talked. • "Missed" now means it rang for you and you didn't pick up. A call you made that wasn't answered reads "No answer" — so your missed count stays honest. • Signing out now stops your phone from ringing for that extension.

A redesigned app, and a conversation that finally shows everything the customer sent. • A new look across the dialer, calls, contacts, chat and profile — in light and dark. • Agent Status no longer disappears when you pause or log out of a queue. Your queues stay on screen, so the way back in is always there. • Customer conversations now play voice notes and show photos, stickers and documents, instead of the word for them. • Quick replies with the customer's name already filled in, and approved WhatsApp templates for conversations outside the 24-hour window. • The customer's number is shown in the conversation, ready to copy. • The message list no longer jumps to the newest message while you are reading older ones. • Team Reports for queue managers: who is still waiting, first-reply times, availability, and how each queue is doing. • Fixes: the conversation header no longer runs past the edge of narrow screens, so the number and the close button stay in view — and opening emoji no longer covers the messages.

Built for iOS 27 — please update. • Fixes the app closing the instant it opens on an iPhone that has been updated to iOS 27. This release is built against the iOS 27 SDK and tested on iOS 27. • Incoming calls reach you again while the phone is locked or the app is closed: the call rings, connects and carries audio in both directions. • The Speaker button now switches off on the first press, and the next call starts on the earpiece. • Answering a call in one place stops the ringing everywhere else. • Answering from the lock screen connects right away — including the very first call after installing (the app asks for microphone access when you open it). • A second incoming call no longer interrupts the call you are on. • Fixed calls that occasionally had no sound on your side right after a missed call, and a duplicate incoming-call screen that could appear during a call and cut its audio. • The launch screen now shows the Atheer logo.

• Fixed an issue where an incoming call could end immediately after you answered it. A call that had already finished could interfere with the next one; each call is now tracked independently. • Improved reliability of calls that arrive while the app is closed or the screen is locked. • The incoming-call screen no longer shows a duplicate call notification after a call ends. • Refreshed app icon. • Removed two decorative indicators from the in-call screen that were not interactive and did not reflect the real connection.

What's new in this update: • Incoming calls now answer reliably from the lock screen, even when the app is fully closed. • Message notifications on iPhone are fixed — SMS and chat messages now alert you. • External conversations (SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) appear in the Chat tab, each with its own channel colour, and you can reply from the app. • Unread message and missed call badges on the tab bar. • The message box no longer hides behind the keyboard, and sits correctly above the home indicator.
