ACTAS is the back office for Saudi companies of 10 to 50. This app is the employee side of it: check in and check out of work in one tap.
Your company sets up ACTAS at portal.actas.app and invites you with your work email. Sign in once; after that Face ID or Touch ID unlocks the app.
WHAT IT DOES TODAY
• Shows today at a glance: your check-in, your check-out, and where the day stands.
• Records a check-in or a check-out with one tap.
• Follows your company's attendance policy. If your company requires attendance at an office, the app confirms your location at the moment you tap, and only then.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
• No background location, no continuous tracking, no map of where you have been.
• No biometric data leaves your phone. Face ID and Touch ID only unlock your saved session.
• No pay or lateness decisions. The app records the fact; your company decides what it means.
You need an ACTAS work account from your employer to sign in.
