I've used many different travel apps but I find myself going back to Wego. I like the simplicity and intuitiveness of the app, and also the newly designed interface that they've released this year. I mainly use the app for flights booking, and I've found the rates to be lower than other apps. I particularly like their features which make planning easier, like the prices trends which tells you the best period to fly. Also, I go on many last minute and short trips over the weekend, so their "Weekend Getaway" feature is really useful for me, and the prices are pretty accurate!

I tried to book with one of your agencies “Eilago” After I entered my card credentials they deducted the amount and then send me an email telling that my booking has failed. I contacted one of your agents and explained to him what happened and showed him the email. He confirmed that this was a clear cancellation from the agency. And told me that he sent them an email about the issue. I tried to call them many times but no answers. Based on your agent answer I knew that my booking was declined so I booked a new ticket with a different website and everything went perfectly. Later after more than 2 hours the agency suddenly decided to accept my booking and issued my ticket without contacting me. Now I have 2 tickets for the same flight. I tried to contact the agency but as usual no answers. So I decided to contact your customer support. Your agents say hello and then they disappear. After many trials someone answered me finally but at the end he confirmed that they can’t help in this issue and that I need to contact the agency by myself. How could I contact them if they don’t even pick up the phone or reply to my emails? You should have a direct contact with your agencies or at least make sure that they are trustworthy before you have any deal with them and make people loose their money.

اولا حجزت تذاكر من عندهم و عدد الشنط المفترض تكون ١٠٠ كغ لبالغ و طفلين داخل عمر ١٢ سنة و رضيع الي هو المفترض ١٠ كيلو حقيبة يدوية الاجمالي ١٠٠ كغ و هذا المفترض بعد قراءة تفاصيل التذكرة و الشروط و لكن بعد الحجز اتضح انهم اصدرو التذاكرة التي بدون حقائب إضافية و خدمة العملاء لا يردو و ليس لديهم خدمة عملاء داخل المملكة و التذاكر غير قابلة للاسترجاع و الاهم عندي هيا الوزن و لكن سوف يتم اتخاذ اجراء رسمي ضدهم ان شاء الله.First, I booked tickets from this App, and the number of bags weight is supposed to be 100 kg total, for an adult, two children under the age of 12, and an infant, which is supposed to be 10 kg. A hand luggage total is 100 kg, and before booking I confirmed all this informations after reading the ticket details and conditions, but after booking it became clear that they issued the ticket without... Extra bags and customer service do not respond, and they do not have customer service inside the Kingdom. Tickets are non-refundable, and the most important thing to me is the weight, but official action will be taken against them.
