I like playing this game, though I played it for a few weeks, I'm already quite addicted to it. But this recent update started making my game crash. My game crashes everytime I try to fight someone and made me automatically lose. Please fix.

I’ve been playing this game for years. I have more than one account and on each account. I purchase a lot of products I even maxed one of them however in this account I was faced with a problem that I explained clearly as I thought to the customer service however they answer me with a very obvious answer that I already told them that I tried and nothing happened so I contacted them again and this time I supported my complaint with pictures that explained my situation the pictures shows that I finished all levels with all difficulties level and including all the conditions required supporting what i already telling them however they answered that I didn’t follow the requirements without any further explaining and when I tried to explain it again they just stopped responding
