I’ve noticed that you are trying your best to upgrade your Apps as well as services. Keep your improvement momentum to achieve your mission of being one of the best airline in the region. Dear Flynas Customer Service,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent flight experience.

1. **Baggage Handling**: At the check-in counter, the staff was unclear when weighing baggage. I had to ask twice for clarification, and the response was impolite.

2. **Check-in Staff Behavior**: Both the lady at check-in and her manager were raising their voices and speaking rudely to multiple passengers. Their insistence on strictly following rules without consideration for the situation created a negative environment.

3. **Flight Delay**: After boarding, we were informed of a technical issue that would require us to change flights. While we understood that these things happen, we were left waiting for over two hours in an uncomfortably hot cabin without air conditioning.

4. **Deplaning Delay**: Once we landed, it took an additional hour to deplane, which added to our frustration.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care during this RUH TO JEDDAH experience has led me to decide that I will not fly with Flynas again.
