App is excellent but can improve more.

I personally feelthe app is very user friendly Anyone can use with little knowledge.I suggest all the ticket expenses should be added before we submit to buy which very basic thing for any transaction, but here I found while after final total amount after you submit to buy and while providing card details additional admin fees of 100 SAR is added to total amount , this not the way any transaction details should be, Flynas should think about this, before customer buy grand total amount should include breakdown and not exceed any amount after that.If Flynas is serious to improve can contact me any time.Good Buy

Dear Flynas Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent flight experience. 1. **Baggage Handling**: At the check-in counter, the staff was unclear when weighing baggage. I had to ask twice for clarification, and the response was impolite. 2. **Check-in Staff Behavior**: Both the lady at check-in and her manager were raising their voices and speaking rudely to multiple passengers. Their insistence on strictly following rules without consideration for the situation created a negative environment.3. **Flight Delay**: After boarding, we were informed of a technical issue that would require us to change flights. While we understood that these things happen, we were left waiting for over two hours in an uncomfortably hot cabin without air conditioning. 4. **Deplaning Delay**: Once we landed, it took an additional hour to deplane, which added to our frustration.Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care during this RUH TO JEDDAH experience has led me to decide that I will not fly with Flynas again.Thank you for addressing these issues.

Currently on xy45 flight to Jeddah and as I came in to check my bags the attendant stopped me to check my carry on bag. The attendant looked at me and said I had two bags, as I was carrying my hand bag and a carry on.I’ve flown FLYNAS multiple times before, when was a hand bag accounted for as a bag?It escalated to the supervisor and things got worse.He not only raised his voice, didn’t even care, but told me it’s none of his business and I deal with it at the counter. Is this how we handle customer service?When I got to the counter the agent said it’s not counted as a second bag but knowing the supervisor will not let me through, he’s to ship it.I not only paid 200 SAR I was not supposed to, my bag will not arrive on time, the service was absolute GARBAGE, other people on the plane had a hand bag and a carry on (pleaseeee check the cameras so you know I am not wrong) and I left to an urgent flight absolutely furious.This is the worsttttt experience ever, I’m going to make sure everyone I know hears this story and never flies with nas again.
