The MyDyson App supports Arabic in regional settings for Saudi Arabia and U.A.E - if your device isn't set to one of these regions, with the language options reflecting either, then it will appear in English. We're constantly updating the MyDyson app, and regions we support. Please visit our App Store and read the description for those compatible regions and products. Check back there regularly for updates.

Bad application, it kicked me out of the account. If I tried to enter, it wouldn’t accept the password, and if I clicked on “set a new password,” they sent me an email with a link to an unavailable page. After contacting technical support, they said I should create an account again. A very bad experience. I hope to work on a page to set a new password.

Ever since I downloaded it to support my I.d. Curl, it does not allow me to register. It keeps saying ‘…we’re working to fix this issue….’ How am I supposed to use my Dyson.
