Invalid Cancellation fees and no way to reach customer service
Terrible app experience !
The app was hanging for the driver and he already took me to the location and I paid for the trip and the app decided to issue I cancellation fee when I never cancelled!!!
Another time the driver was never picking up nor on his way for more than 15 min and when I cancel they issue a cancellation fee!
Fix your app problems and stop stealing people’s money!!!
No way to reach to the customer service neither through the app or the phone is disconnected !!!!
Horrible experience
The driver was full of sweat smell, the condition of the car was really bad. I tried to cancel the ride but there is no cancel option I never had a ride but the app is demanding me the amount. Feeling sorry to use this application.
