Loading times are horrible.
Great visuals and organization. But it takes way too long for the app to load items during search, sort and filters. Sometime it just gets stuck during loading and then crashes. Other than that problem, the app is great.

This app is great and user friendly. It tells you if the searched product is available in so and so branch which I like so that I can go to that branch Which has my desired product in stock. I’ve ordered couple of times online from this app and my experience was great. On-time delivery, original and well packed products, safe and secure payment and amazing telephonic customer service. I personally feel that there is nothing missing in the app. Keep up the good work!
Not customer friendly..
Jarir was very customer friendly earlier days.. but these days seems like strict on their policies and not flexible for customer care. I bought an item from Jarir which was not fit for use but I coundnt return as I travel for 10days Eid vacation.. when return I tried to visit the same branch but refuse to accept coz it exceed 7days.. yes it’s policy.. but sometime you need to be little flexible, I couldn’t submit due to my travel..
When I express my dissatisfaction thru their whatsapp they call me to tell it’s not possible
It was in my mind and expected when I visit to return that they might not take.. but their way of deal made me dissatisfaction..
