map issue and screen freezes

this app need to fix some issues like screen freezes when you get orders also the map not showing your exact location and some others. I hope you fix it soon .

Driver’s payment is not secure

Some customers not paying them trip charges but even driver complained that but company take fully percentages there not options if customers not paid so ask company on the spot even not app is back from payment method must make sure company the passenger take money them wallet that value of of the ride or make sure them profile is 100 genuine as same National I’d without National I’d not create the profile because if they create the problem so take action against them please it’s important

no support no password reset button

when i downloaded the app the password reset button not working.

and it has been a month since im trying to reset my password

when I first registered with jeeny I have been contacted by someone who said is from jeeny support as if I won a prize that they finally proccessed my application
keep in mind that I registered around more than 3 months ago and I only received the call last month


the jeeny representitive said that he set up my account while I tried to tell him that i dont have the app ready but it seems that he is working for a company that pay him on how fast he can handle a client as most failing company do

he gave me login information and kept screeming to avoid hearing me until i give up talking

until now I have no access to an account under my number.
