They will scam you whenever they have the chance
It is one of the worst services and apps I have ever dealt with. They make offers for publicity and then once you download the app and pay they will come up with unrealistic reasons and cancel your service without contacting you. When you contact costumer service all you will hear is that they can’t help. It’s supposed to be “costumer service” but you will get nothing out of them. If I was able to give a rating below one star I would. Not recommended at all
Disappointing service
My experience with JUST CLEAN has been nothing short of frustrating. The app's customer service is abysmal, with delayed responses and a lack of professionalism. They consistently fail to respect timings and disregard customer preferences.
I specifically requested a particular cleaner through the app, but to my dismay, they assigned a different one without any explanation or prior notice. This lack of attention to detail and failure to meet customer expectations is highly disappointing.
If you value reliable customer service and timely appointments, I strongly advise against using JUST CLEAN. Their inability to deliver on these basic aspects has left me with a negative impression and a desire to explore other options.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a dependable and customer-centric service.
