We have rebuilt the app to improve the overall ordering experience:

It’s Good
My only issue with it is that the Range for where the branches could deliver seems to be changing on a whim sometimes I’m in range and others I’m not morning, afternoon or evening it doesn’t matter.
Bad experience
the app is lacking so much in terms of customer service. Literally there is none. When placing an order you have to pay regardless of whether the restaurant is ready to accept the order or not. And when the restaurant is closed, you have to call customer service for refund yet no one responds even tho they should be the ones calling and refunding.
If you have bad service, then dont force customers to pay in the app for placing the order, allow payment at restaurant like how it was
Everything is Just Amazing!!
First time trying KTAYKIT ever and my whole experience was just impressive. From the nice App to the quality of food and affordable prices. What a choice!!
