موقع lightintheboxموقع نصب واحتيال وغير مسجل في وزارة التجارة منصة(معروف)جودة رديئة، وأسعار مبالغ فيها، ويوصلون لك طلبك، وإذا فقدت أي طلبية أو أردت الترجيع وحبيت ترد مشترياتك ماأحد يرد عليك وإذا أرسلت لهم يقولون البريد على حسابك فإذا اشتريت منهم ب٨٠٠ ريال وحبيت ترجع المنتج أو تستبدله يأخذ عليك البريد ٩٠٠ ريال!! وليس عندهم هاتف للاتصال، علماً أنه كان عندهم خدمة(الدفع عند الاستلام)وعندما شعروا أن البعض اكتشف نصبهم وكذبهم واشتكاهم حتى وإن كان بدون فائدة جعلوا الدفع مقدماً، وأحذر إخواني وأخواتي من التعامل معه، اللهم قد بلغت اللهم فاشهد.
Lightinthebox site is a fraud and fraud site not registered in the Ministry of Trade (poorly known) platform, poor quality, exaggerated prices, and they deliver your request to you, and if you lose any order or want to return and you want your purchases to be returned, no one responds to you and if you send them they say mail on your account and if you bought them with 800 riyals and you like Returns or replaces the product, mail takes 900 riyals !! They do not have a phone to call, knowing that they had a service (payment upon receipt) and when they felt that some discovered their fraud and lied to them and complained even if it was of no use they made the payment in advance, and I warn my brothers and sisters against dealing with him, O God, I have reached God, testify.

Do not recommend, such a headache to deal with them

I liked the selection and made a big order and paid 200 extra for priority shipping “4-6 days” which was advertised under the items.

2 weeks on still haven’t received my order and 6 items I cancelled because they still haven’t even left their warehouse. I haven’t received the refund for the 6 items yet.

A day later they replied that “4-6 days” means the time it would take to dispatch from the warehouse and not delivery time, Lies.

Due to the false delivery duration advertised and so I that don’t cancel my whole order, I was offered store, I accepted. Keep in mind that I had to purchase items from another site because I had an event.

THE BEST PART - 1000 credit is not valid until I spend 2x The credit amount 😂😂😂😂😂. So they think I will spend another 2000 riyal to get the apology 1000 riyal. Of course this was not mentioned until after I agreed to the credit.

They’re not truthful and the biggest headache and just say whatever they need to.
