I have tried a lot of car rentals offices but when I found LUMI i am like now more at ease to know what I want when it comes to finding a car . I appreciated their services plus the cars which are clean and highly accessible . My loyalty is in here now for this company.
Cheated
Very bad experience with this rental. My booking was to a different location than pickup and was charged heavily saying there are charges for return to original location. This charge was even higher than the original booked amount. A total rip off. Please use some other service which are clear and transparent in the charging even if they are slightly higher price. This additional charge amount was very conveniently not mentioned in the application while booking, not mentioned by agent while picking up the car and also not mentioned in the rental agreement which we sign at the pick up location. While dropping off the car you will be in for a surprise when they clearly cannot explain why this charge was not mentioned. I am never using this rental again. Requesting all of you to choose wisely and not get fooled.
Lumi is doing great
I‘ve been traveling a lot for at least 20 year been renting cars and I’ve loyalty memberships in many car rentals but I was forced to rent from another company and I tried Lumi.. and have to be honest without any membership the prices are amazing better than what my other loyalties have to offer.. beside the prices the service is great, with efficient and friendlier staff than most others!
I had to stop by and write a positive review!
