I’m a fan of MaestroPizza but unfortunately my last experience with them was disappointing, I ordered & paid with Apple pay but my order didn’t appear in the tracking, I called the customer service & they confirmed that my order was not received although they charged me for the pizza, 45 minutes later the restaurant delivered the pizza without the knowledge of the customer service.. total chaos
Worst pizza and app ever
Maestro Pizza is a joke . They try their best to copy Dominos Pizza but unfortunately they are not doing it right . They try to attract customers to buy there disgusting pizza by claiming they are “ THE ONLY SAUDI PIZZA COMPANY THAT IS ORIGINALLY PURE SAUDI “ . They want to make us feel that Pizza Hut and Dominos Pizza are bought frozen from the USA which is totally FALSE. Their prices are 100% exactly like Dominos Pizza but 0% quality.
Dear Maestro Pizza. You have 2 choices:
1- End this stupid “SAUDI PIZZA” business which doesn’t meet the worldwide Pizza standards
2- Lower your prices and improve your services so you can attract Saudi customers better than stealing citizens money and saying “WE ARE A PURE SAUDI COMPANY” .
Issues
I am fan of taste and Maestro Pizzas always greets me well with my cravings. However, the new GUI is not as supportive as the initial was and neither user friendly. I received the codes for special offers but they don’t work anymore even within the due dates. Kindly fix the issues to keep the customers showing up.
